The Busy Bee is a deluxe platinum sponsor of University of Arkansas bid day. This means we receive a bid list before anyone else does. All baskets will be delivered 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. August 15th, 2026.
There will be a designated area inside the sorority house where the 100+ bid day baskets will be. Her basket will have her name on the basket and the sorority house leadership will tell her where her bid day basket is located at her new sorority house!

Disclaimers and Refunds
Refund policy
Baskets are non refundable after Friday August 14th at 8:00 p.m. Baskets are only refundable if we have a signed copy from the University stating your daughters decision to remove herself from the recruitment process after going through a round of recruitment. Refunds will not be provided to those who decide to drop in the Summer.
A signed official drop form from The University must be shown to receive a refund.
No refunds will be processed on bid day. The bid your daughter receives is the basket we will provide her. We follow the list given from The University of Arkansas.
Order processing policies:
With the guessing game sorority bid day basket inventory is...The Busy Bee deserves the right to substitute any item of equal value if we are out of stock of an item.
This is why it is important to order your bid basket in May/June because bid day baskets are filled on a priority basis. The baskets placed in May/June have the best chance of getting the exact items listed. The orders placed first are the ones we pack first that morning of bid day!
Order Deadline:
The last day to order is July 25th... however if 350 baskets are sold before that date we will close orders. Which we are highly anticipating that number to be reached very quickly!
