Baskets are non refundable after Friday, January 15th, 2027 at 7:00 p.m. Baskets are only refundable if we have a signed copy from Baylor University stating your daughter’s decision to remove herself from the recruitment process after going through a round of recruitment. Refunds will not be provided to those who decide to drop in the summer. An official signed drop form from Baylor University must be shown to receive a refund. No refunds will be processed on bid day. The bid your daughter receives is the basket we will provide her. We follow the list given from Baylor University.

With the guessing game sorority bid day basket inventory is… The Busy Bee reserves the right to substitute any time of equal value if we are out of stock of an item. This is why it is important to order your bid day basket early as baskets are filled on a priority basis.

The last day or order is January 8th, 2027. However if 500 baskets are sold before that date, we will close orders.
